Miivo Holdings Corp (TSX-V:MIVO) earlier this week announced the launch of a new AI-driven sales lead finder platform aimed at helping small and medium-sized businesses automate sales prospecting and improve operational efficiency.

Speaking with Proactive, chief executive Alex Damouni said the new offering was developed in response to customer feedback highlighting the time-consuming and manual nature of identifying qualified business leads and creating targeted outreach campaigns.

Damouni said businesses often spend considerable time searching for contacts, identifying key decision-makers and preparing relevant messaging for prospective customers. He explained that Miivo’s new platform streamlines that process by curating publicly available information into a simplified and automated workflow.

“The company that's using that lead finder is really saving a lot of time and money,” Damouni said during the interview.

The platform provides verified emails, phone numbers and business contact details while also generating AI-assisted messaging prompts tailored to individual business profiles. Damouni noted that the technology is designed to allow businesses to scale sales efforts without significantly increasing staffing costs.

He said the launch forms part of Miivo’s broader strategy to develop AI-powered business solutions that solve operational challenges for SMEs. The company has previously focused on operational and financial intelligence tools, with the new lead finder representing an expansion into sales enablement functionality.

Damouni also highlighted the company’s focus on creating a fully self-service ecosystem. According to him, users can interact with the platform without requiring onboarding or dedicated support, which may improve adoption rates and customer retention.

Importantly for investors, Damouni pointed to growing recurring revenue trends as customers increasingly adopt multiple services across the platform. He said users were becoming “extremely sticky” as Miivo embeds itself more deeply into customer workflows.

The CEO also disclosed that existing customers are moving into higher subscription tiers as they identify additional use cases for the platform’s tools. That trend could provide a catalyst for future revenue growth as Miivo broadens its suite of AI-driven offerings.
