Abacus Worldwide has broadened its international association of independent accounting, consulting and legal entities by adding Enson Africa from Tanzania.

Based in Dar es Salaam, Enson Africa works with small, mid-sized and large businesses operating domestically as well as in the overseas markets.

The company offers accounting and bookkeeping, audit and assurance, financial and tax advisory, forensic and fraud investigations, inventory verification, payroll and secretarial services.

In a statement, Abacus Worldwide said: “Enson provides a range of accounting, audit and consulting support with a stated focus on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that emphasise efficiency, clear communication and value creation for clients.”

According to its website, Enson Africa has 16 employees and 143 clients.

Abacus Worldwide COO Jessica L. Levin said: “As our first member firm in Tanzania, Enson Africa represents an important step in our association’s continued expansion across Africa.

“Their emphasis on quality, communication and collaborative client service aligns closely with the values we are building across our membership, and we see strong opportunity for mutual growth through deeper engagement and shared expertise within the association.”

Abacus Worldwide is a global alliance of independent law and accounting practices, offering access to member companies in every region.

In March this year, Abacus expanded its association by adding Albania-based company Q-Lever to its network.

Based in Tirana, the company provides tech-led data consulting, turning complex information into actionable insights across business intelligence, analytics and data solutions. Abacus also strengthened its footprint in US and Turkey this year with new member additions.
